We cannot express how BLESSED we felt while we were in a pasture overlooking the ocean, horses running around us on a beautiful day. The whole team, even our dudes that were helping us were shrieking with delight. We were all overwhelmed by the beauty that surrounded us yesterday. November 3rd will be a day we will all remember the rest of our lives. As we process the images we wanted to leave you with a little teaser of what’s to come….
Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!! We are having the time of our lives! We are currently sitting in our gorgeous house in Puerto Rico, overlooking the rainforest, the hammock on the deck is swaying in the wind, and birds are chirping all around us. We are in love with this place. A couple days ago, we had the honor of shooting two beautiful women here for our Caribbean Supermodel shoots. Unfortunately hurricane Sandy caused some travel issues, and two of our clients weren’t able to make it out here for the shoots. We missed having Christine & Nicole with us, and it was hard knowing they were so bummed that they weren’t able to make it – but we are looking forward to having them join us for a shoot in CA soon.
We had an amazing time shooting Brittany & Suzanne – these women are both incredibly gorgeous, and they knew how to work it in front of the lens. We started with two awesome sets at our house, and then we spent a little time in Old San Juan, with fun, brightly-colored buildings. Then we ended our day shooting at the beach – because, hello, it’s the Caribbean. Here are just a few ‘teasers’ from our Caribbean Supermodel Shoots…

We are getting ready to head out to the Caribbean to photograph some fabulous clients for “Supermodel Boudoir Shoots” as well as an Editorial shoot that we have been wanting to do for YEARS! “I cannot put into words how much this experience has meant to me or has changed the way I feel about myself. For the first time in almost 4 years, I am looking at myself through different eyes, and realizing that I am STILL beautiful. The death of my son robbed me of so many things that I didn’t realize until just recently, and to be able to look at my images and not just see myself as a “failure” is such a weight lifted off my shoulders. God works in incredible ways, and I know that my journey has been preparing me to help other women like myself, who have self-blame, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. I’ve seen the gift I’ve given my clients as I’ve watched them in awe over their own images. I’ve heard them say things like “I’ve never felt that beautiful EVER!” If I can give just one woman hope, then I have done His work.
To now have experienced it for myself, I know what power it truly has on a person. Despite some negative responses I’ve received this week about my line of work, I’m choosing to take the high road. Because frankly, until you’ve experienced what women like myself have, you will never comprehend the power of hope that images like these can give you.”
